Your First Visit

What your first visit is like.

Your first appointment is longer than you might expect — we want to understand your full health picture, not just check a box.

Before your visit

Complete registration, history, and insurance on your own device — usually a few minutes the night before. Copays are handled up front so check-in at the front desk is quick.

In the room

Your doctor walks in already familiar with what you submitted. The time in the room is for your health, not for catching up on forms.

What to bring

  • Valid photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • List of current medications & dosages
  • Relevant medical records or lab results
  • List of questions or concerns
  • Completed new patient forms (sent before your visit)
