They are patient, kind and have been so helpful since my son was born. The office staff is amazing. They always get me in promptly. “I love how laid back Dr. Cruz is! She’s never rushed and comes across as actually being interested in my kids. We see her as their regular pediatrician for regular checkups, but we also had an emergency when my son split his knee open and it got infected after stitches at the ER. The office and Dr. Cruz didn’t take any chances and told me to take my son back to the ER and sure enough, his wound was infected. We’re also self pay as we are part of a health share program. I needed extra info to submit our bills to the program for reimbursement and the office staff were very patient and helpful in getting me that info.”
